Yes, all products sold on BeelStep are 100% authentic imported branded footwear. We source directly from authorized channels and guarantee authenticity on every pair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when you receive your order at your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
3-5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). 5-7 business days for other cities. 7-10 business days for remote areas.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders above Rs. 9,999. Orders below Rs. 9,999 have a flat delivery charge of Rs. 350.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0322-4715370 to initiate an exchange.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your foot length in centimeters and we’ll help you find the right size.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
