Products
All products sold on BeelStep are 100% authentic imported branded footwear. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
Orders
Orders are confirmed via email and WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders if product is out of stock, delivery address is unverifiable, or the order appears fraudulent.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery charges of Rs 350 apply on orders below Rs 9,999. Free delivery on orders above Rs 9,999. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items not eligible for return include worn or used shoes, shoes without original packaging, and items purchased on sale or clearance.
Limitation of Liability
BeelStep is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by customer, or force majeure events.
